Straight up, we need to subject you to an intense, yet fun, workshop. We'll gather all the key stakeholders with a team of the right creatives. Allowing us to get to know your brand and vision, extract the 'why' and uncover your brand DNA.

How we'll identify your brand DNA


We'll workshop your purpose, vision & mission, goals, past, present and future perception and brand values.


Work out who your ideal customers are, what channels they use and how to engage them. Hint: it's not everyone.


Look at your competitors. We need to understand what competitors do, avoid their pitfalls and separate you.


Wrap that all up with a tone of voice, brand personality, messaging and story that amplifies you to 11.


Outline customer journeys, and invigorate the touchpoints needed to keep them coming back.


Create a brief for the creation of your brand identity design and plan out your marketing.

This info forms 'Your brand DNA' articulate strategy doc. With your new strategy, your brand will be on its way to being irresistible to your target market.

What's included in 'Your brand DNA'

Brand Foundations

These are the deep-rooted foundations your brand needs to survive. You'll understand the feelings you sell, your why, your unique selling proposition and set brand goals.

Target Market

We'll help you define your ideal customer and who you don't want to attract. Work out what their real problems are, and why customers will love your brand (so you can do more of that). And create 3 unique customer personas that make your life simple.


Analysis of the competition is so important. It's not to copy them but to understand their problems and their customer's pain points. You'll also look at brands you love for future inspiration.

Brand Positioning

We'll look at how to build your reputation and analyse brands that got it wrong. You'll work out your values, vision and mission and begin crafting your brand story.

Brand Voice

We'll start to humanise your brand and apply it to the personas we craft. We'll build the personality, and take our brand to a party to see how it interacts with people. We'll create the brand messages, calls to action and make a list of banned words and phrases.

Naming your Brand

The work we do puts us in a great position to name the brand. A great name is distinctive, elicits an emotional response from your audience and communicates your brand values.

Customer Journey

The key to a good experience is to have customer journeys mapped out in detail. We'll outline what you are communicating and where. We'll also explore turning mundane interactions into mind-blowing experiences.

Brand Design Aesthetics

Piecing together what you want to communicate, so we can turn your strategy into a visual design. The brief gives us details we need to create the perfect brand identity.
