Let's get to know each other! Tell me all about your business, but more importantly tell me about your vision. I can then tailor  goals for the project and get ready to dive in.


A 1/2 day brand strategy workshop that is customised to your business goals. We'll discover everything we need to know about your business so we can make you irresistible.


All the details of your strategy document, carefully presented in an easy to navigate (and use) manner. It's your roadmap on how to implement your new brand, so we'll have a call to go through any questions that pop up.


When you get your strategy, I'm not just gonna wave you farewell, I'm your new cheerleader. I will help you put together a plan, so your strategy comes to life.

Kickstart a project

Your brand is unique. We'll clarify the 8 steps of the framework —

1 / Your Brand Foundations

We'll look at what feelings you want customers to have, and how you are currently communicating with them. Your why and your unique selling position (USP). We'll look at current customer misconceptions and work out what they really want. Together we'll set brand goals.

2 / Your Brand's Position

We need to look at how to build a solid reputation and analyse brands that got it all wrong. We'll work out brand values, vision and mission statements and start crafting that emotive brand story!

3 / Your Target Market

Let's define your ideal customer and who you don't want to attract. We'll work out why customers love your brand and create up to 3 unique customer personas to help you along the way.

4 / Your Competition

We'll analyse your competition so you aren't following their path, making sure you're one step ahead. We'll also dive deeper into understanding your customer's pain points and look at brands you love for future inspiration.

5 / Your Customer Experience

We'll map out your brands customer experience in detail. Looking at the start of their journey, the end of the journey and how we turn them into mega fans.

6 / Your Brand Voice + Name

We'll humanise your brand and apply the language to customer personas. Let's throw an imaginary party so we can see how your brand interacts with customers. We'll develop CTA's and make a list of banned words and phrases. And, if you haven't already named your brand, we'll find your perfect brand name.

7 / Your Appearance

While we won't be designing your visual brand in your strategy. We'll piece together what you want to see when you turn to a designer to pull off this brand you're making. It gives a designer all the inspiration they need.

8 / Your Brand Evolution

We'll look at your biggest problem right now and work out a plan to overcome it. You'll learn when it's the right time to evolve your brand and how to plan out your next moves to start kicking some serious goals.
