I was days away from photographing Michael Jackson (actual MJ, shamon!) for a book about the This Is It tour when he died. I’ve worked at that level.

A brand audit is the equivalent of someone looking through your bins to find your car keys. Someone who will dig into your past and present to find what we can do about your future. We’ll look in the places you don’t want us to, and give you an opinionated view of what works and what doesn’t.

Do I need an audit or a full rebrand?

The audit is a health check to find out what the best thing would be. You don’t always need a rebrand. And if your agency is telling you that first, they haven’t met us.

How much does this cost?

Branding costs anywhere between $5k and $50k – costs are fixed once we understand what you’re doing. Graphic design projects are priced individually. Design retainers start at $1,500 + GST. Brand photos begin at $750 + GST. Websites begin at $4,000 + GST.

How long does the branding process take?

The branding process takes four to six months on average. Depending on your goals, feedback speed, and deliverables, it can range from eight weeks to over twelve months.

Do I have to be in Newcastle?

You don’t even have to be in Australia. We’ve worked with clients in New York, Dubai, and London, running virtual workshops, interviews, and brand presentations across the world.
