Corporate Headshots

Real-life headshots, inside, outside, at our studio, or in your office. We'll find the best place for your photographs. We love natural shots when you are having fun! Our goal is to bring out your real personalities, whether it's reserved, relaxed or raucous. Don't expect posed school photos.

Candid Photography / Behind The Scenes (BTS)

Off-the-cuff moments invite customers into your brand. They are the best way to capture what happens behind the scenes. Letting people poke around behind the scenes helps them feel attached to your brand.

We plan for candid photos at the beginning and end of a corporate headshot session. This does two things: loosens people up and adds extra life into what can be a pretty sterile experience. Leaving you with a bank of incredible shots you can use across your marketing.

Product photography

Our photographer, Martin, began his career creating photos of products for marketing material. He'd shoot all day, perfecting the light to nail 1-2 images that are acceptable for retouching.

Getting it right in camera is the simplest way to get consistent results. There's a lot of trial and error, but the result is a mix of product photos that show off what you do.

Event Photography

Capturing moments, launch parties, workshops, charity events, and networking. These all build your brand awareness and authority.

Over the last 10 years in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, we've become known as one of the best event photography services in the area. Supporting events of up to 500 people. Events are often time-critical, so we aim to turn images around in 48 hours.

When you book a brand photographer, you put your trust and your business in our hands.

It’s an investment; you’re relying on them to capture your brand's aesthetics and stories you want to tell. You must find a photographer who understands you, your business and what the message is. We aim to connect with you as humans and make sure the shoot doesn't feel stodgy!

How will brand photographer help me create imagery to advance my marketing goals?

Our marketing background means we know you need a single point of contact. Someone who can plan, book, shoot, edit and deliver the right images. You also need someone who can plan a shot list that reflects your content needs. The goal should be to capture beautiful photos for your upcoming marketing needs. A successful shoot can still useful in the future. Many of our shoots represent the business up to 5 years later.

Do you have a studio?

For small products and people shoots, we have a studio setup that is ready to go. For larger products, teams and styled shoots, we recommend using your offices or renting an Airbnb. By using your own office or a styled space, it means that you can keep your brand's aesthetics exactly how you want. If you are unsure if your space is big enough or right for the shoot, we are happy to review and guide you.

Will I receive all the images in my gallery?

No, but with most shoots, we upload a larger selection of images in low res first. Allowing you to select the best images for retouching.

What areas do you cover?

We service between Sydney and Newcastle. And deeper into the Hunter Valley. If you're outside these areas, let us know and we will organise travel and accommodation costs.

Do you provide the original, unedited RAW image files?

No, we do not provide unedited RAW images. The images in your gallery are edited to improve lighting, contrast, sharpness, and colour. We do this to match existing brand guidelines or help direct your brand in a new direction.

Will I have full ownership of photos?

Once delivered, you have the right to do whatever you would like with the photographs. We reserve the right to use images for marketing purposes.

Do we need to prepare for a shoot?

Yes, planning outfits, hair, and makeup is a great idea. 2-3 weeks before every shoot, we will send tips on how you and your staff can prepare.

How long does it take you to edit? 

We aim for 1-2 weeks. It's closer to one week, unless we are swamped with editing, or sickness strikes. With certain types of shoots, like business events, we aim for a faster turnaround time. As we realise, the hype around a launch or a gala fundraiser drops off after the first week. For events we aim to deliver a bank of edited images in the first 48 hours.

How do images arrive? 

We deliver high-res billboard-size images to your own private gallery. You'll be able to favourite, download, share with your team and external agencies. When we're finished editing images, we'll send you a link to your gallery via email.

Where can I use my photographs?

Whether they are personal branding or corporate, we create them for you and your business! They help you become more visible and confident. They let you share your story with your clients or customers. Your photos can be used anywhere you promote your business:

  • Paste them on your website
  • Blow them up to billboard size
  • Share them on your social media feeds
  • Use portraits as your social profile avatars (same photo for all profiles)
