We plan every shoot around your actual marketing needs, not just what looks good on the day. Shot lists are built together before we arrive, styling is sorted in advance, and everything is art-directed to match your brand identity. BEFORE YOUR SHOOT

We do the groundwork so the shoot just works

We start well before anyone picks up a camera. Together we build a shot list based on your actual marketing needs, whether that's you and your team leading with ideas or us building it from scratch around your brand story. If your visual identity needs a little direction, we sort that too.

Two to three weeks out, we send everyone a prep guide. For the blokes: get a haircut the week before, not the day before. For the women: a blow dry the morning of, and go slightly heavier on the makeup than usual. Nothing dramatic, just enough so the camera picks it up properly. Small details that make a significant difference in the final images.

DURING YOUR SHOOT

We bring everything to you. Then we get out of your way.

We bring the full setup to you. Mobile studio, lighting, backdrops. No venue hire, no disruption beyond what's necessary.

Before a single shot is taken, we build in time for your team to get comfortable with us. A quick catch up, a bit of a chat, nothing formal. It sounds simple but it's the difference between photos where people look like themselves and photos where they look like they're waiting for a bus.

AFTER YOUR SHOOT

Fast turnaround. Clean delivery. No chasing.

Within 48 hours for events, one to two weeks for brand shoots, you will receive a private gallery of low resolution selects via Dropbox. Pick your favourites, then we get to work on the full edit.

Final delivery includes high resolution and web resolution versions, organised and ready to use across your website, socials, print, and anywhere else your brand shows up.

When you book a brand photographer, you put your trust and your business in our hands.

It’s an investment; you’re relying on them to capture your brand's aesthetics and stories you want to tell. You must find a photographer who understands you, your business and what the message is. We aim to connect with you as humans and make sure the shoot doesn't feel stodgy!

How much does a shoot cost?

Brand shoots and corporate headshots start from $750 + GST. The final investment depends on the scope of the shoot, number of people, locations, and editing requirements. We will give you a clear quote before anything is booked. No surprises.

What areas do you cover?

We shoot across Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, and down to Sydney. Outside these areas, we are happy to travel. We will factor in any travel and accommodation costs into your quote upfront.

How long does a shoot take?

A corporate headshot session for a small team typically takes two hours. A full brand shoot depends on the shot list but most are completed in a half or full day. We always build in time at the start for everyone to settle in, so factor that into your planning.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Yes, and we will help you do it. Two to three weeks before your shoot we send a full prep guide covering outfits, hair, makeup, and what to bring. Nothing is left to chance.

Do you have a studio?

Yes. We have a studio, as well as a mobile studio setup that comes to you, including lighting and backdrops. For larger team shoots or product shoots requiring a specific environment, we recommend your own office or a styled space so your brand aesthetics stay exactly how you want them.

How do I receive my images?

All images are delivered via a private Dropbox folder. You will receive both high resolution files for print and billboard use, and web resolution files ready for your website and socials. Events are turned around within 48 hours. Brand shoots and headshots within one to two weeks.

Will I own the photos?

Yes. Once delivered, you have full rights to use the images however you like across your business. We reserve the right to use images in our own portfolio and marketing, but we will always check with you first for sensitive shoots.

Do you provide RAW files?

No. Every image is edited to improve lighting, contrast, sharpness, and colour, matched to your brand guidelines or used to help set a new direction. RAW files are unfinished work and we would not deliver something we have not completed.

What if I am not sure what I need?

That is exactly what a discovery call is for. We will ask you about your business, your marketing plans, and where you are currently showing up. From there we can recommend the right type of shoot and build a shot list that actually serves your goals. Book a call and we will sort it from there.
