Most designers take a brief. We interrogate it.
Most graphic design problems are not design problems.
They are communication problems that have been handed to a designer and hoped for the best. At Snapper Studio we ask the questions nobody else thinks to ask, then build designs that fit better than you expected.
You are running a business, not a design agency. But every time you need a flyer, a social graphic, or a presentation that actually looks professional, it falls to you or someone on the team who is quietly hoping nobody notices. We fix that.
You know your brand guidelines inside out. What you need is a designer who can read a brief, work to the rules, and deliver without you having to check every detail. That is exactly how we work.
Services
Social Media Graphics
Scroll-stopping graphics built to your brand guidelines. Whether you need a one-off campaign or a consistent monthly output, we design social graphics that look like your brand, not like a Canva template.

Print Collateral
Flyers, brochures, posters, signage, stationery. Print done properly, with the right files, the right specs, and the right colour profiles so what comes back from the printer actually matches what you approved on screen.

Infographics
Complex information made simple and visual. Whether it is a process, a data set, or a concept that is hard to explain in words, a well-built infographic communicates it faster and gets shared further.
Office Templates
PowerPoint and Word master templates that make your whole team look on-brand, every time, without any design knowledge required. Built properly from the ground up so the fonts, colours, and layouts stay locked no matter who opens the file.
This is one of the most underrated investments a growing Newcastle business can make. Every presentation your team sends is a brand touchpoint. Most of them are quietly off-brand and nobody has noticed yet.

Custom Typefaces
For brands that want something truly uncloneable. We design custom typefaces built specifically for your brand, giving you a typographic identity that no competitor can buy off the shelf.

Brand Guidelines Rollout
You have a brand identity. Now it needs to actually be used consistently. We take your brand guidelines and apply them across every touchpoint, digital, print, and internal, so your brand looks the same everywhere it shows up.

Some businesses need a designer once. Others need one every month.
If you find yourself coming back to the same design problems repeatedly, a monthly retainer might be a better fit than project-by-project work. A fixed block of design hours each month, booked in advance, so your brand always has support when you need it.
Frequently Asked Questions
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Newcastle and Hunter Valley businesses without an in-house designer, and marketing teams at larger organisations who need a reliable creative partner. If you have brand guidelines and a brief, we can work with you. If you do not have brand guidelines yet, we can help build them first.
How long does a brand audit take?
Approximately two weeks from the point we receive your brand materials. The interviews and research happen in week one, and the analysis, scoring and report are completed in week two. We then present the findings to your team.
Do I need a full rebrand or just a refresh?
That is exactly what the audit answers. We do not go in assuming you need a rebrand. Sometimes the strategy is solid but the execution has drifted. Sometimes the identity works but the messaging does not. The traffic light scoring system shows you exactly what needs work and at what level, so you can invest with confidence.
Do I need to have brand guidelines before working with you?
Not necessarily. If you have an existing brand identity, even a basic one, we can work from it and keep things consistent. If your brand needs some direction first, we can sort that through our branding service before moving into ongoing design work.
Can you work with our existing templates and files?
Yes. We work across Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, and Word. Send us what you have and we will assess whether it is fit for purpose or needs rebuilding properly.
How do you handle briefs?
We ask questions first. A good brief tells us what you need. A great conversation tells us what you actually need. We always make sure we understand the context and the goal before we start designing, because the best design solution is not always the most obvious one.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A single social graphic or poster can turn around in a few days. A suite of office templates or a brand guidelines rollout will take two to four weeks depending on complexity and feedback rounds. We will give you a clear timeline before anything is started.
What file formats do you deliver?
Whatever you need. Print-ready PDFs, high-res PNGs, web-optimised JPEGs, editable source files. We supply the right format for the right use case so you are not stuck trying to resize something for a billboard that was built for Instagram.
Can you design something even if I am not sure what I want?
That is often where our best work starts. Book a call, tell us the problem you are trying to solve, and we will work out the right design solution together. You do not need to know what you need. That is our job.
Do you offer ongoing design support?
Yes. If you need consistent monthly design support rather than one-off projects, our graphic design retainer gives you a fixed block of hours each month at a set rate. See the retainer page for full details.
Stop settling for design that almost fits your brand.
Whether you need one poster or a full year of design support, we bring the same care, the same strategic thinking, and the same attention to what is actually going on behind the brief. Let's talk about what you need.
