Iyengar Yoga and Movement Branding for Infuse Health, Newcastle

Tired of agencies that talked a lot and moved slowly

Rachael and Josh Pole started Infuse Health with a clear vision: a space where Iyengar yoga and movement training blended together to build strong, flexible humans. Not a gym. Not a yoga studio. Something different.

The business was growing, but their brand wasn't keeping up. They'd been through other design agencies and walked away frustrated. Too expensive. Too slow. Too much talk, not enough output. Rachael and Josh weren't afraid to invest in their brand. They just needed the investment to go into the right things.

The Infuse Health branding case study

Infuse Health came to us when they needed a full service creative agency to drive their business. They understood the need to invest in the brand to see it grow. They were transitioning and growing from a ragged warehouse to a beautiful, curated yoga studio that was warm and inviting for all their community members.

What we were working with

When we came on board, we inherited a logo, a colour palette and a font. No brand guidelines. No visual system. And about five useable photographs of the owners, taken in a completely different gym space.

The photography gap was the biggest problem. Infuse Health's entire point of difference is experiential. You have to see what movement infused with Iyengar yoga looks like to understand why it's different from a regular gym. Without that visual story, the brand had no way to communicate its most important message.

On top of that, the competitive landscape in Newcastle was tight. Several yoga studios and movement gyms were operating in the area, all competing for the same health-conscious audience. Infuse needed a position that was genuinely its own.

Building the visual system they never had

The existing branding wasn't broken. It just had no depth. Our job wasn't to tear it down and start again. It was to build a stronger visual system on top of what was there, and create the assets that would let the brand actually tell its story.

Photography came first. We needed to capture what it feels like to be inside Infuse Health: the balance of strength and calm, the community, the physicality of the movement work alongside the mindfulness of the yoga practice. These images became the foundation for everything else.

We then rolled out a consistent visual system across every touchpoint. Website updates brought the brand inline. Branded workshop materials created a new quarterly revenue stream. Promotional flyers, exercise worksheets, signage and video content extended the brand into every corner of the member experience.

The approach was deliberate: move fast, deliver consistently, and let the creative work compound over time. Rachael and Josh had been burned by slow agencies. We kept the momentum up.

A community built on balance

Infuse Health's members weren't chasing six-packs or PBs. They were looking to balance physical and mental health together. A genuinely like-minded community of people who wanted to move well, feel well and be part of something supportive.

Understanding this audience shaped every creative decision. The photography was warm, not aggressive. The tone was inviting, not intimidating. The workshops positioned Infuse as a place of learning, not just exercise. Everything reinforced that this was a space for people who wanted more than a membership card.

From one warehouse to two, then a successful sale

Through our partnership, Infuse Health grew. Not just in brand presence, but in real, measurable business terms. Membership numbers climbed to the point where Rachael and Josh leased the warehouse next door to make the movement gym bigger, and open up the possibilities for more aligned businesses to join the space in purpose built offices.

They eventually sold the business to a new owner, a testament to the strength of what they'd built. And throughout all of it, across agency changes, website rebuilds and business growth, the brand foundation we created together was the constant thread that held it all together.

"The brand situation before we started working together was pretty dismal. We had a vision but it just wasn't quite there yet... until Martin! Previously everything was inconsistent and misaligned. Infuse Health became a recognised brand once it was all pulled together and brand consistent. In our experience, stay away from anyone with a sales team. Working with Martin was flexible and relaxed. He is an excellent listener and willing to do the work with you, making dreams into reality."
